Rafferty’s Restautrant has used SITEX as their linen company for a little over 3 years, and recently renewed our contract. Where other linen/uniform companies will try to charge for product they have not delivered, SITEX always makes sure they have not only what the invoice reads, but exactly what they need. The driver or Route Manager will let them know immediately if there are any shortages and also when we can expect to see the product in the store. The drivers are quick to notice sales trends and whether the pars need to be raised or lowered to keep costs in line.
