This month’s “spotlight” employee leads by example, day-in and day-out! Bart Mack was hired to the SITEX team in a support role March of 2008 and now serves as Route Manager to our Henderson, Kentucky branch.
Bart is most proud of this promotion, among his many other accomplishments at work, because he was moved from that support role into a service representative role, and then into his current management role purely because of his proven track record and evident work ethic. As both support staff and manager, his goals have always been to put the customer first. He makes sure that every customer’s every need is taken care of with excellent and responsive service. As a manager, you can count on Bart to successfully manage the Henderson service team, ensuring that everyone on the team understands the services they provide to our customers. He sets goals for his team, then leads them to achieve, and sometimes exceed the expectations of, those goals.
