Facility management company principles – Can your company improve?

What happens when you have the desire to develop a closer knit culture, improve teamwork, communication and interaction between all departments?  Trainer Debbie Maier, that’s what!  Starting this year, all Team Members at SITEX worked with Maier to identify opportunities that would improve communication and the overall customer service experience for both internal and external customers.  Our team developed a CREDO made up of facility management company principles that we believe about our business, wrote a Laundry List of standards for customer service, are meeting consistently at the Daily Wash to discuss and enhance our understanding of these items, and are changing our actions around the plant.  A huge round of applause goes to each and every Team Member and Debbie Maier for participating and enhancing each of these exercises.  Our culture and ideas of facility management are changing for the better everyday.
