At SITEX, we have the best team members around. They have a relentless commitment to exceed each customer’s expectations, in both quality and customer service, and without them, we wouldn’t be able to provide the service we do to our loyal customers.

An important department of every SITEX location is our Route Service & Sales Specialists (we call them the RS³’s.) They are the customer service face of our organization and they know the business through and through. To give them the kudos they deserve, we created the Customer Service Star Club to recognize outstanding RS³’s based on their performance in Key Result Areas, including Retention, Accounts Receivables, Add On Sales, Service Agreement Renewal, and Garment Merchandise Expense. Furthermore, at the end of each month we started crowning a Champion.
