Towel Conversion Suggestion Put Into Play |

Based on a suggestion by Eric Martin, SITEX has decided to change from our solid color towel to an Orange stripe towel. Eric suggested this some time ago in an effort to improve our sorting efficiency, suggesting that the striped towel would be easier to see, and thereby, sort.
After many meetings and much research, we found a towel that we felt would match the durability and absorbency of our current bar towel while adding the “sort enhancement color” that Eric suggested. One of our biggest concerns was insuring our customers had the product they needed and received the same or better quality of towel they are used to. This towel accomplishes both the plant goal (sorting) and the product goal (customer satisfaction). Using this new towel will also allow us to keep our merchandise costs in check. |
