What is ISO 9002?
ISO 9002 is an international quality standard that helps SITEX define and document our quality procedures for production and services. This standard is used by SITEX and is accepted around the world as proof that SITEX provides assured quality.
To comply, SITEX has comprehensive, documented policies and procedures for all operations, work instructions for each job, and records that prove that SITEX is following its policies and procedures as written.
SITEX has completed an on-site audit by a third party registrar and is proud to be the leader in the textile rental services industry and the leader in becoming ISO 9002 certified.
