When James and Gladys Sights founded SITEX back in 1961 (then known as Industrial Uniform Services, Inc.), they set out with no business, a shallow line of credit, some very used laundry equipment and one delivery truck to establish a customer base in uniform rental service within a twenty-five mile radius of its plant.
By using our founding principles:
- Take care of our customers
- Take care of our team members
- Take care of the communities that we do business in
SITEX has now grown into 5 market areas: Jasper, Indiana; Nashville, Tennessee; Louisville, Kentucky; Paducah, Kentucky; and Henderson, Kentucky.
The company has grown from just a small uniform rental company to your one-stop shop for all your company needs: uniforms, linens, facility services, restroom & hygiene services, and custom apparel.

With a small but aggressive sales force and a commitment to providing its customers with exceptional service, we grew to 5 routes and expanded our territory to a radius of 75 miles within 5 years.
Today, with our dedicated SITEX Team Members living our company’s credo to exceed our valued customers’ expectation by providing them with both quality and customer service of the highest standards, we feel extremely confident of a bright future.
